The 2017-18 South Brunswick Parent Academy workshop series continues with “Curriculum Focus: A New Approach to the Next Generation Science Standards for Grades K-5” from 7-8:30 p.m. on Oct. 24 at Crossroads North Middle School, 635 Georges Road, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick.
The workshop is designed to highlight how a new approach to science will teach students by engaging them in hands-on, three-dimensional learning. Attendees will get a glimpse into the elementary science classrooms in the district by viewing videos of the students in action and by discussing the curriculum with science educators and professionals.
