Approximately 60 families participated in John Adams Elementary School’s Family Math Night on Feb. 15 in North Brunswick. The focus was on togetherness as families participated in various math games and activities, emphasizing that math does not need to be done in an isolated setting and can be applied and practiced in different ways. Each family left with a packet of games to play at home as well as a deck of cards and two dice, which are essentially the only materials needed for many of the games.
