The following road closures remain within Hillsborough, as of 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 3:
- Black Point Road
- Three Bridges Road
- Rainbow Hill Road
- River Road from Amwell Road to Branchburg
- Brooks Blvd. closed from 206 to Manville
- Camplain Road closed from Sunnymead Road into Manville
- Weston Road is closed at Boyd into Manville
- Millstone River Road is closed at Hamilton Road all the way into Manville
- Millstone River Road is closed from Yorktown in Millstone Borough all the way to Amsterdam Drive
- Elm Street bridge is closed
- River Road is closed between South Branch Road into Branchburg
- Riverside Drive
- Dukes East is closed from Rt. 206 to Manville
