
Moving away from home can be an intimidating experience. This all-day IN-PERSON workshop series aims to tackle the many obstacles that come with moving out. Main focuses include fostering independence, enhancing time management skills, and forming/maintaining healthy relationships. Through hands-on activities, collaborative exercises, and evidence-based tips, this workshop will help the idea of living on our own feel less stressful and more manageable.
