What better way to share our spectacular blueberries than with a party! Join us as we celebrate “everything blueberry” at our annual Blueberry Bash: Sat & Sun, July 10 & 11, 10am-5pm.
Enjoy a visit to our 2-acre Pick-Your-Own blueberry patch. These sweet summer berries are on bushes that are easy for everyone to reach.
After you’ve picked your blueberries, relax and enjoy some country music (12pm-4pm both days).
Enjoy a puppet show presented by Tuckers’ Tales Puppet Theatre on Saturday and Sunday at noon and 1:30p.m. Suitable for ages 3 to adult.
Lots of fun for children in our barn yard area. This is part of what makes Terhune Orchards such a special place. Play on our tractors and playhouses. Say hello to all of our barnyard friends. Enjoy children’s games and activates. Don’t miss the hippity hop corral and duckie race. Take a pony ride around our pasture (additional fee)
When hunger strikes, visit Pam Mount’s Blueberry Bash Buffet full of lots of tasty blueberry treats and homemade goodies–great for lunch or a quick snack. Country summer fare such as pulled pork sandwiches, BBQ chicken, homemade salads, fresh pie, apple cider donuts, cider slush and much more. Stop in the farm store or outdoor market and take home our blueberry-apple crisp, blueberry pie, blueberry cobbler, blueberry jam, and blueberry salsa.
Terhune Winery is open in our historic apple orchard. With plenty of open seating, enjoy the live music with a tasting flight, glass of wine or wine slush. Our popular Harvest Blues, Terhune’s own apple-blueberry wine is a great way to toast the season.
Get in the spirit by entering your favorite blueberry recipe in our juried Blueberry Bash Bake-off. (see Entry Details below). Of course the not-so-secret ingredient in every entry will be blueberries! Prizewinners will receive a Terhune Orchards gift certificate. First prize $100, 2nd prize $50, honorable mention $25.
Parking is free at Terhune Orchards. Admission is $10 (children under 3 are free). Purchase tickets online in advance HERE
Winery & Farm Store: for weekend entry, admission tickets must be purchased. Winery seating limited to 2 hours, maximum of 8 guests per group.
Timed tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets are valid for 3 hours after entry, to give everyone plenty of time to enjoy the farm.
Admission fee includes pedal tractors and barnyard play area activities, barnyard of animals, music, puppet shows and children’s games. (Additional activities available for a fee). Blueberry picking available as supplies last and not included in admission.
