250 years ago Old Dutch Parsonage’s Frederick Frelinghuysen offered the first tutorials for Queen’s College at the Sign of the Red Lion Tavern in New Brunswick, launching a tradition of teaching that continues two and a half centuries later at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
