Foraging as Stewardship: The Mugwort Session – On Saturday, June 8^th from 10:00 AM until Noon, join Friends Of Princeton Open Space (FOPOS) and local experts Matt and Shannon for a mugwort forage walk at at the Billy Johnson Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve in Princeton. Help restore the balance of our ecosystem while uncovering the culinary secrets of mugwort. Learn about the origins of mugwort and how to identify and prepare this edible invasive plant. Participants will have the opportunity to try a tasty homemade mugwort recipe and will receive a recipe card so they can prepare this unique and delicious dish at home.
