David Hirshwerk is an Infectious Diseases Specialist in the Northwell Health System in New York. He is the Executive Vice Chair in the Department of Medicine at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. He has been heavily integrated into the Health System’s COVID response since December, 2019
