The Saint Lawrence Knights of Columbus will hold a pancake breakfast from 8 a.m.-noon on April 17 at the parish center, Laurence Parkway, Matawan.
The menu will include eggs, sausage, pancakes, coffee and juice.

The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children age 12 and under.
