The students will hold a holiday themed event on Dec. 3 at the ReStore. The goal is to make people aware of the ReStore. There will be live music, food and refreshments from 1-4 p.m., according to the press release.

ReStore is a store that helps to raise money for local Habitat for Humanity projects. It is a nonprofit home improvement store that sells used furniture, household appliances and accessories.

ReStore is new in Freehold and its operators are trying to attract more awareness throughout the community, according to the press release.

The TIN team’s goal is to get local students involved and to get more of the community involved by shopping at, making donations to, or volunteering to work at the store, according to the press release.

ReStore offers furniture and goods at a fraction of the price of retail and all proceeds go toward Habitat for Humanity projects, according to the press release.

ReStore is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. The store is open Tuesday exclusively for individuals who want to donate items to the organization. For more information, call 732-577-8160.
