Rocco Mastroserio, 83

Rocco Mastroserio, 83, of Belle Mead, NJ, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Somerset, surrounded by his loving family members.
Rocco was born on March 23, 1934 in the Bronx, New York to Vito and Vita Mastroserio, the second oldest of six children. He graduated from New Brunswick High School in 1952, and was employed by Eastern Steel Barrel Corporation for 38 years until his retirement in 1991. He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Eleanor (Wood) ; his son Anthony Mastroserio and his wife, Juliana, of Skillman, NJ; his daughters, Mary DiDonato of Belle Mead, NJ; and Lisa Rubino and her husband Tom, of Columbus, NJ; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren; his sister, Anne Jack of Rehobeth Beach, DE; his brothers, Joseph Mastroserio and his wife Ann Marie of Canton, GA; and Michael Mastroserio and his wife Judy of Middlesex, NJ; several nieces and nephews, and their children. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Theresa Bartok and Nancy Yesville.
A private family celebration of Rocco’s life will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017 in Skillman, NJ.
