March 1 – A 42-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI) while on a traffic stop on South Triangle Road. He was processed and released.

March 1 – Three residents in the area of Winding Way reported mail was stolen from their mailbox. The investigation is ongoing.

March 2 – A 35-year-old Manville woman was arrested for DWI while on a motor
vehicle crash investigation on Weston Road. She was processed and
released with a HTMC court date.

March 3 – A 37-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested for obstruction while on a traffic stop on Route 206 after he attempted to walk away from the vehicle. He was processed and released.

March 5 – Burnout Cigars and Smoke, 601 Route 206, reported a masked individual entered the store and stole items off the counter before fleeing to a waiting vehicle across the street. They estimated the stolen merchandise at $1,500. The investigation is ongoing.

March 7 – Department of Child Protection and Permanency, 1600 Brooks Blvd., reported an iPad was stolen sometime in 2019. They valued the iPad at $730. The investigation is ongoing.

March 10 – A 31-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released.

    March 11 – A Hillsborough resident reported his pickup truck was “keyed” while parked at the Promenade Shopping Center, 315 Route 206. He estimated the damage at $500. The investigation is ongoing.

    March 12 – A Monroe resident reported the license plate was stolen off his motorcycle while it was being fixed in Hillsborough. The investigation is ongoing.

    March 13 – A 32-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Raider Boulevard. He was processed and released.

    March 14 – Kohls, 315 Route 206, reported two females stole $950 worth of Sephora items at approximately 9 p.m. The investigation is ongoing.

    March 15 – A 44-year-old resident of Hillsborough was arrested for failure to turn over CDS (controlled dangerous substances) to an officer and possession of CDS paraphernalia while on a traffic stop on Dukes Parkway East. He was processed and released.

    March 16 – A 33-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released.

    March 16 – A 38-year-old Manville man was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released.

    March 17 – A 34-year-old South Bound Brook man was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Brooks Boulevard. He was processed and released.

    March 19 – A 50-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop at Sourland Park, 421 East Mountain Road. He was processed and released.

    March 20 – A 22-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Old Camplain Road. He was processed and released.

    March 20 – A 32-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Amwell Road. He was processed and released.

    March 20 – A 33-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on South Triangle Road. He was processed and released.

    March 21 – A resident on Boehm Way reported their residence was broken into and
    ransacked between the hours of 6 a.m. and 9:15 p.m. It was unknown if anything was taken. A neighbor in the area reported seeing a suspicious white SUV earlier in the day. The investigation is ongoing.

    March 21 – A resident on Auten Road reported an Amazon package worth $199 was stolen from their front door in February 2024. The investigation is ongoing.

    March 23 – A 40-year-old Hillsborough woman was arrested for DWI while on a
    traffic stop on Triangle Road. She was processed and released.

    March 23 – While traveling on the Route 206 bypass, officers observed an abandoned vehicle on the shoulder. The vehicle was found to be stolen out of Jersey City. The vehicle was towed and Jersey City Police were advised of its location. The investigation is ongoing.

    March 25 – A resident of Ravena, N.Y. reported while at Iron Peak, 137 Mountain
    View Road, a cell phone was stolen out of his unlocked vehicle. He valued the phone at $1,000. The investigation is ongoing.

    March 25 – A Hillsborough resident reported the rear license plate was stolen off his vehicle while parked at Kohls, 315 Route 206. The investigation is ongoing.

    March 25 – A 50-year-old South Plainfield man was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Mountain View Road. He was processed and released.

    March 28 – Petrock’s Liquors, 419 Amwell Road, reported on March 2 a male stole a $240 bottle of Don Perignon. The investigation is ongoing.

    March 30 – A resident of Oxford Place reported their unlocked vehicle was entered and doused with ketchup and eggs. They also reported a pizza delivery bag valued at $20 was taken. The investigation is ongoing.
