A 34-year-old East Windsor Township resident was charged with harassment after shooting a victim’s vehicle with paintballs, which caused the victim to lose control and strike another vehicle on Dorchester Drive April 16. The suspect was charged on a complaint summons.

A police officer was sent to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the Windsor Hotel parking lot on Route 33 and discovered the outstanding warrants.
