South River police department to hold annual free-throw tournament

The 2018 South River Police Department will sponsor its annual Basketball Free-throw Tournament, 10 a.m., Feb. 24., at the South River Middle School, 3 Montgomery St.

Registration will begin sharply at 9 a.m. and the event will kick off at 10 a.m.

It is open to K-12 graders residents/students within South River.

The police department will awarded over 30 trophies and this year will give away a brand new PS4 to the overall free-throw champion of all age groups.

There will also be a DJ at the event.
