‘Search to find the perfect fit’

Cranbury School searches for new business administrator

The Cranbury Township School District is searching for a new business administrator with the resignation of David Weidele.

Weidele, who is the current business administrator for the school district, had his resignation approved by the school board in November.

His resignation takes effect on Jan. 31.

“We have begun our search for a new business administrator and will share with the community at a future board meeting when we are ready to appoint,” said Jennifer Diszler, chief school administrator and principal.

“As you know, we are taking the process very seriously and will search to find the perfect fit for the needs of Cranbury School.”

He is resigning from the school district to take the same position with the Old Bridge Township Public Schools starting Feb. 1.

Weidele had been appointed to business administrator for the school district in November 2021.

He replaced former business administrator Nicole Petrone, who had resigned to take the same position for the Upper Freehold Regional School District.
