Freehold Township officials award contracts for professional services

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP – Professional services contracts have been authorized by the Township Committee in Freehold Township for 2020.

For township attorney and labor counsel services, a $270,000 general contract was awarded to Davison, Eastman, Munoz, Paone, P.A.

For financial adviser services, a $41,000 general contract was awarded to Acacia Financial Group Inc. For insurance broker services, a $90,000 general contract was awarded to Brown & Brown Metro, LLC in property and casualty insurance and a $180,000 general contract was awarded in health and prescription services.

For special counsel services to the Planning Board, a $75,000 general contract was awarded to McLaughlin Stauffer & Shaklee, P.C.

For bond counsel services, a $25,000 general bond ordinance contract was awarded to Gibbons, PC, and a $2,000 general bond ordinance contract was awarded to Gluck Walrath LLP.

For real estate and tax appeal legal counsel services, a $170,000 general contract was awarded to DiFrancesco, Bateman, Kunzman, Davis, Lehrer & Flaum, P.C. For special counsel services for bankruptcy, a $2,500 general contract was awarded to F. Clifford Gibbons, Attorney at Law, LLC.

According to a resolution, a $58,000 general contract was awarded to Jeffrey R. Surenian and Associates, LLC for special counsel services for affordable housing. A $10,000 general contract was awarded to Francis C. Accisano for general special counsel services.

A $55,000 general contract was awarded to CGP&H, LLC for affordable housing administrator services. A $2,500 general contract was awarded to Guy J. Renzi and Associates for court reporter services.

A $5,000 general contract was awarded to Phillips Preiss Grygiel Leheny Hughes, LLC for planning services to the Township Committee and Planning Board.

A $250,000 general escrow contract was awarded to T&M Associates for engineering services to the Township Committee and Planning Board, shade tree consultant services, and environmental engineering services.

A $22,000 general contract was awarded to Thomas Planning Associates for planning services to Township Committee and Planning Board.

According to a resolution, $35,000 general contract was awarded to Mott MacDonald, LLC for engineering services to the Township Committee and Planning Board; general engineering services and water and sewer engineering services to the utilities department, and environmental engineering services.

Excel Environmental Resources Inc. was awarded a $5,000 general contract for environmental engineering services. Allied Control Services Inc. was awarded a $9,000 general contract for utilities instrumentation programming services.

Shropshire Associates, LLC was awarded a $2,000 general contract for traffic engineering services. Netta Architects, LLC was awarded a $5,000 general contract for architectural services.

According to a resolution, H2M Architects and Engineers Inc. was awarded an $8,000 general contract for architectural services. Settembrino Architects was awarded a $17,500 contract in bond ordinances for architectural services.

DRD Appraisals, LLC (doing business as Stuart Appraisal Company) was awarded a $2,500 general contract for appraisal services. Gagliano and Company was awarded a $5,000 general contract for appraisal services.

Skyline Environmental Inc. was awarded a $25,000 general contract for safety, health, Public Employees Occupational Safety and Health Act, Occupational Safety and Health Administration and labor related services.
