To kick off 2017, the Township of North Brunswick launched its redesigned website, which includes a new look and features that will enable easier navigation on mobile devices.

Mayor Francis Mac Womack noted that the new website is a fine example of how officials at the township municipal building are working with residents to further improve customer service, according to a statement released by his office.

“We asked and we listened to the suggestions of the community and created a website that is much more user-friendly and efficient,” he said.

Among the new features include a Citizens Request Form, Frequently Asked Questions and online employment applications.

One feature coming soon is online registration for programs through the Department of Parks, Recreation & Community Services.

The website also features an Employee Pets section, and residents are encouraged to send in a photo of their pet(s) for an upcoming Community Pets section.

Womack encouraged residents to visit the website frequently to “find out what is happening in our vibrant township.”

The website address is still www.northbrunswicknj.gov.
