A Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols

We invite you to come and be gladdened and refreshed by the readings, prayers, anthems and carols of the season! In our annual tradition, based on the Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols from King’s College in Cambridge, our choir will tell the story, beginning with the prophecies and concluding with the Nativity of Jesus.

Congregational carols will feature familiar arrangements by Sir David Willcocks; anthems and choir carols are composed by women from across the centuries, including Hildegard von Bingen, Elizabeth Poston, Eleanor Daley, Jessica Nelson, Elaine Hagenberg, and Cecilia McDowall.

A festive reception will follow. A freewill offering will be received to benefit the music program at All Saints’ Church
