A 33-year-old Hamilton Township man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and refusal to submit to a breath test after a police officer observed his vehicle swerving on Route 130 at 11:30 p.m. May 7. He was processed and released.

A 56-year-old East Windsor Township man was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Plumsted Township following a motor vehicle stop for a nonfunctioning brake light on Old Trenton Road May 6. He was also charged with a maintenance of lamps violation. He was processed and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.

A 35-year-old Morrisville, Pa., man who worked at the Mavis Discount Tire store on Route 130 was charged with criminal mischief and trespassing after he used a pry bar to force his way into the store May 5. He wanted to retrieve an item that he had left behind, but did not have authorization to enter the store. He was processed and released.

A 43-year-old East Windsor Township man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane after a police officer observed his vehicle weaving on Route 133 at 2:23 a.m. May 4. He was processed and released.

A 22-year-old Hamilton Township man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, being an unlicensed driver and refusal to submit to a breath test on Stockton Street at 5:27 a.m. May 4. A police officer was sent to investigate a possible car crash and found the man’s vehicle stopped, with its engine running and facing west in the eastbound lane. He was processed and released.

A 22-year-old East Windsor Township man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to report an accident, refusal to submit to a breath test and failure to maintain lane on Bolton Road at 6:26 a.m. May 4. A police officer found the vehicle parked on Bolton Road with its engine running and with damage from a crash. He was processed and released.

A 29-year-old Trenton man was charged with failure to keep right and was also found to have outstanding warrants from Union Township and Ewing Township after he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Route 133 May 2. He was processed and released.
