POLICE BLOTTER for the week of 6/3/16

The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, May 25, 2016. 
Charles Delany, 40, of Hamilton, N.J., was charged with shoplifting after an incident at 2:20 p.m. May 20 at Home Depot.
Officers responded to Home Depot on a shoplifting report. The investigation revealed the suspect left the store without paying for a Milwaukee saw valued at $299. The suspect also had active warrants from Lawrence Township in the amount of $681, Princeton Township in the amount of $283 and Bordentown Township in the amount of $500. Mr. Delany was arrested and turned over to the Lawrence Township Police department on its warrant. 
Jeffrey J. Lopez, 22, of Trenton was charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, and failure to maintain lane after being stopped at 12:30 a.m. May 22 on Route 133.
An officer observed a vehicle operating recklessly on Route 133 east near Route 130 and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Lopez was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action. 
Harold V. Bolton III, 28, of Springfield, N.J., was charged with DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving and careless driving after being discovered in a parked car at 4:32 a.m. May 22 on Dutch Neck Road.
The officer observed a parked vehicle occupied by a male in the Rite Aid parking lot on Dutch Neck Road. Upon speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Bolton was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action. 
Ankur Ramesh, 20, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being discovered in a parked vehicle at 10:29 p.m. May 22 on Picasso Court.
An officer responded to Picasso Court for a report of a vehicle parked on the roadway playing loud music. Further investigation revealed that the passenger was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The passenger was arrested and later released pending court action. 
Jordon J. Noone, 19, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, delaying traffic, required lamps and having an unclear license plate after being stopped at 10:09 p.m. May 23 on Route 130.
An officer observed a vehicle delaying traffic and conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 near Walmart. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and later released pending court action. 
Jamil Short, 23, of East Windsor, was charged possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and failure to observe a traffic light after being stopped at 12:30 a.m. May 24 on Twin Rivers Drive.
An officer observed a vehicle fail to observe a traffic signal and conducted a motor vehicle stop on Twin Rivers Drive near Nettleton Drive. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and later released pending court action. 
Ariel Suero, 39, of Philadelphia, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seatbelt and maintenance of lamps after being stopped at 10:45 a.m. May 24 on Route 130.
An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 near Old Cranbury Road after observing the driver not wearing a seatbelt. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and later released pending court action. 
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports through Monday, May 30, 2016: 
Yolanda M. Quintana, 22, and Arpreet Singh, 21, both from Camden, N.J. were arrested May 25 during a motor vehicle stop for possession of marijuana. Ms. Quintana and Mr. Singh were both transported to headquarters, processed and later released pending court. 
Melvean E. Moore, 38, of Freehold, N.J. was arrested May 25 during a motor vehicle stop for outstanding warrants out of Howell Municipal Court and Freehold Municipal court and for hindering her apprehension. Ms. Moore was transported to headquarters, processed and later released after posting bail. 
Danny X. Tapia-Pesantez, 29, of East Windsor, N.J. was arrested May 26 during a motor vehicle stop for an outstanding warrant out of Perth Amboy Municipal Court. Mr. Tapia-Pesantez was transported to headquarters, processed and later released pending a new court date. 
Daniel J. Castro, 31, of East Windsor, N.J. was arrested May 28 during a motor vehicle stop for an outstanding warrant of out Hopewell Township Municipal Court. Mr. Castro was transported to headquarter, processed and later released pending court. 
Marc A. Twersky, 18, of East Windsor, N.J. was arrested May 28 during a motor vehicle stop for possession of marijuana. Mr. Twersky was transported to headquarters, processed and later released pending court. 
Guillermo M. Saquicela, 26, of East Windsor, N.J. was arrested May 28 during a motor vehicle stop for an outstanding warrant out of Manalapan Municipal Court. Mr. Saquicela was transported to headquarters, processed and later released after posting bail. 
Tracy M. Jeffries Jr., 25, of Shillington, Pa. was arrested May 28 during a motor vehicle stop for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Mr. Jeffries Jr. was transported to headquarters, processed and later released pending court. 
Sandeep S. Randhawa, 21, of Piscataway, N.J. was arrested May 29 during a motor vehicle stop for an outstanding warrant out of Newark Municipal Court. Mr. Randhawa was transported to headquarters, processed and later released pending court. 
Leticia R. Griffin, 30, of East Brunswick, N.J. was arrested May 29 at a residence on Meadow Drive for multiple outstanding warrants from Hightstown, Kenilworth, and East Brunswick Municipal Courts. Ms. Griffin was transported to headquarters, processed and later transported to Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility to be lodged. 
Freddy L. Gomez-Eras, 23, of the 100 block of Hausser Avenue, was arrested May 30 during a motor vehicle stop for an outstanding warrant out of South Brunswick Municipal Court. Mr. Gomez-Eras was transported to headquarters, processed and released after posting bail.
