On Sunday morning, April 14, at 10:45, the Racial Justice Team of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church is hosting two Indigenous women, Donna Fann-Boyle (Choctaw/Cherokee) and Kelley Bova (Dakota Sioux), who will be sharing their powerful personal stories. These include reclaiming the remains of two children from an Indian residential school, fighting for over a decade to change offensive mascots, and the journey to find one’s culture and identity after being adopted out of her tribe as an infant. Free presentation will be followed by Q&A and a light lunch so RSVP is appreciated at 609-799-1753.
