A program titled “The Politics of Taxes, Social Security and the Budget” is set for Jan. 31 at Congregation Beth Ohr, 70 Route 516, Old Bridge. A bagel breakfast is planned for 10 a.m. The program will follow at 10:30 a.m.
Guest presenter Edward Mendlowitz, CPA, will discuss the flat-tax proposals, the solvency of Social Security, tax reforms, how Congress’ neglect is hurting the public and more.
Admission is free of charge; however, an $8 contribution is suggested.
