Edison Arts Society seeks artists for exhibit

The Edison Arts Society is seeking artists to participate in a juried art exhibit entitled “Different Strokes,” which is to run from March 13-April 22 at the Metuchen Inn. The deadline for submissions is Feb. 11.

Submissions will be accepted via e-mail or on CD. All work for review should include the artist’s name, the title of the piece, the type of medium, size of the piece (including frame), and the price of the piece of NFS is not for sale. An entry form must be attached to each submission and can be obtained by contacting the EAS Visual Art Director, Maryann Martin, at marvin49@concast.net or by calling 908-947-8622.

In order to submit work for the exhibit, artists must be members of the Edison Arts Society. A $50 tax deductible fee includes a $25 submission fee and $30 annual EAS membership (save $5). Each submission to the show is $25. All art work must be framed with wire on the back. Any art that is not framed securely cannot be used. Due to the limitation of space, not all submissions may be accepted.
