It’s coming sooner than you think – the spring fundraiser. Get ready to put your dancing shoes on as the beat goes on with The Strictly 60s Band. The concert begins at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 12. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served, along with desserts and a wine bar. Take a break during the dancing for the spring auction. Tickets are $69 a person, with premier seating at $85. 
The Jewish National Fund Beth El Breakfast is at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28. Guest speaker is Avnet Kleiner, development director in a rehabilitative village in southern Israel. 
You will not want to miss Jeannie Opdyke Smith’s address Monday, March 7. She will talk about her mother, who received international recognition for her life-saving actions during the Holocaust while working for a high-ranking German official. The event starts at 7 p.m. 
Two great ideas on one great night. Shabbat Across America and the Membership Recognition Congregational dinner are being held at 6 p.m. Friday, March 4. Please RSVP for dinner reservations. 
Join the Women’s League at a Paint & Sip Party at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, at Cranberry Station Gallery. You will be guided step-by-step through an acrylic paining class. Afterwards, have some wine as you admire your painting. Cost is $25 and RSVP is required. 
The music and history of Leonard Bernstein comes alive with Kownacky and Otten at 7 p.m. March 20. The event is sponsored by the Werner Lecture Fund. 

The Book Club meets at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 21, to discuss Michal Lemberger’s, “After Abel and Other Stories”; The Beth El Genealogy Club meets at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21st. Marshall Lerner will discuss early 20th Century Passenger Manifests; Youth-Grandparent Shabbat is Saturday, Feb. 27.; Mitzvah Day is Sunday, March 6, from 9:20 a.m. to noon. 
