It’s coming sooner than you think – the spring fundraiser. Get ready to put your dancing shoes on as the beat goes on with The Strictly 60s Band. The concert begins at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 12. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served, along with desserts and a wine bar. Take a break during the dancing for the spring auction. Tickets are $69 a person, with premier seating at $85.
The Jewish National Fund Beth El Breakfast is at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28. Guest speaker is Avnet Kleiner, development director in a rehabilitative village in southern Israel.
You will not want to miss Jeannie Opdyke Smith’s address Monday, March 7. She will talk about her mother, who received international recognition for her life-saving actions during the Holocaust while working for a high-ranking German official. The event starts at 7 p.m.

Join the Women’s League at a Paint & Sip Party at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, at Cranberry Station Gallery. You will be guided step-by-step through an acrylic paining class. Afterwards, have some wine as you admire your painting. Cost is $25 and RSVP is required.
The music and history of Leonard Bernstein comes alive with Kownacky and Otten at 7 p.m. March 20. The event is sponsored by the Werner Lecture Fund.
