The oligarchy (government by the few) which controls both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party has already decided who candidate A will be and who candidate B will be for the 2016 Presidential Election.
It will not matter which candidate wins in November because the oligarchy sets and controls the people’s agenda at the very top of government.

The Achilles heel for the oligarchy is the municipal level of government. Here the people can wrest control of the agenda of government from the oligarchy by effectively expressing their will to all elected officials.
