The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, March 9, 2016. 
Matthew Wright, 25, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at 1:42 p.m. March 3 on Route 133 West.
An officer was on patrol on Route 133 when he observed a vehicle speeding and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Wright was arrested and later released pending court action. 
Fernan J. Arroyp-Ortiz, 18, of Hightstown, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and with being under the influence of drugs, and Tanya K. Baldwin, 38, of Monmouth Junction, N.J., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at 7:02 p.m. March 6 in Etra Park.
An officer was conducting an after-hours check of Etra Park and observed a suspicious occupied vehicle parked in the lot. Further investigation revealed that the driver and passenger were in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both individuals were arrested and later released pending court action. 
Keith M. Crawford, 24, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and maintenance of lamps, and Owanza R. Harper, 23, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and for being under the influence of drugs after being stopped at 12:14 a.m. on March 9 on Route 130 North.
An officer was on patrol on Route 130 when he observed a vehicle operating with a nonfunctioning headlamp and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Further investigation revealed that the driver and passenger were in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both individuals were arrested and later released pending court action.
