Dale Levitt of Freehold has graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, Medford, Massachusetts.

Marjorie Toron of Marlboro was one of two students who received the University of Scranton’s 2016 library research prize for undergraduate students. The prize recognizes excellence in research projects that show evidence of significant knowledge of research methods and the information gathering process, as well as the use of library resources, tools and services. Marjorie will continue her education at Scranton in the fall as a graduate student in the occupational therapy program.

The following area residents have been named to the dean’s list for the 2016 spring semester at Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Annemarie DiBlasio of Freehold, Cara Fierro of Manalapan, Christine Miseo of Marlboro, Rachel Swenarton of Freehold, Michael Ciancio of Marlboro, Christopher D’Alessio of Freehold, Lindsey Jovanovski of Manalapan, Kerrie Kortmann of Manalapan, Bianca Luscher of Manalapan, Andrew Teutonico of Morganville and Bethany Zaccaria of Colts Neck.

Matthew I. Lubin, the son of Barry and Susan Lubin of Morganville, has graduated and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in sport management at Towson University, Towson, Maryland. Matthew is a graduate of Marlboro High School.

Tyler J. Zirkman of Freehold has been named to second honors on the Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts, dean’s list. This selection marks outstanding academic achievement during the 2016 spring semester.

Jennifer Thorsheim of Manalapan was recently inducted into the Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, a coeducational service fraternity. Jennifer is a business administration-marketing major. She is a 2014 graduate of Freehold Township High School and is the daughter of Chris and Lori Thorsheim.

The following area residents have been named to the dean’s list for the 2016 spring semester at MCPHS University (formerly Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences), Boston, Massachusetts: Stephen Dimaggio of Englishtown, Sydney Susino of Manalapan, Marissa Levito Morganville and Devin Bachmann of Millstone Township.

Kevin Boyle of Manalapan has graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

Matthew Lenza, the son of Vincent and Lisa Lenza of Marlboro, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2016 spring semester at Towson University, Towson, Maryland. Matthew is a graduate of Marlboro High School.

Megan Corey, the daughter of Robert and Margaretann Corey of Freehold, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2016 spring semester at Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pennsylvania. Megan is majoring in business management/marketing. She is a 2013 graduate of Freehold High School, Freehold Borough.

Sarah Steward of Englishtown was named to president’s list (GPA of 4.0 or higher) for the 2016 spring semester at Champlain College, Burlington, Vermont. Sarah is majoring in Communication.

The following local residents were named to the dean’s list for the 2016 spring semester at Caldwell University, Caldwell: Laura Cugini and Danielle Schenk of Freehold; Kathleen Ann Arimado, Brian Patrick Kenny and Caitlin McCready of Howell; and Mikhaela Maria Capobianco of Manalapan.

The following local residents recently graduated from Centenary University, Hackettstown: Christina Ann Marie Lagravenis of Freehold, Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal arts/elementary education; Mary Dellaporte of Freehold, Bachelor of Science degree in business administration; Karen Doherty of Freehold, Master of Business Administration; and Zachary Seth Rosner of Manalapan, Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

Michael Intveldt of Marlboro was named to the dean’s list for the 2016 spring semester at Becker College, Worcester, Massachusetts.

Monica Masterson of Freehold, a sophomore majoring in cell and developmental biology at the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2016 spring semester. Monica is the child of Margaret Masterson and a graduate of Communications High School, Wall Township.

Harrah Rachel Newman of Morganville, a sophomore majoring in biomedical engineering at the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2016 spring 2016 semester. Harrah is the child of Michele and David Newman and a graduate of Freehold Township High School.

The following area residents have earned dean’s award recognition for the 2016 spring semester at Colgate University, Hamilton, New York: Caroline Wardlow of Manalapan; Zachary Lazow of Morganville; and Joanna Howe of Colts Neck.

Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York, has awarded degrees to Danielle Marchese of Marlboro, a degree in photography, and Gillian Oshatz of Manalapan, a degree in communications design.

The College of Saint Rose, Albany, New York, announced that Kristen DiNoia of Manalapan received a Certificate of Advanced Study and and Jill Sullivan of Manalapan received a Certificate of Advanced Study.

Jillian Sarah Koren of Freehold has graduated with distinction with a Master of Education in Education at Cabrini College, Radnor, Pennsylvania.
