Elizabeth “Bubsie” Weisbecker, nee Elizabeth Gordon Dannehower, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 19, 2023 at the age of 98.
Born on October 7, 1925 in Norristown, Pennsylvania, she was a longtime resident of Princeton, N.J. who enjoyed a multi- decade career in advertising sales with the Princeton Packet.
She retired to Vero Beach, FL in 2002 and lived the remaining twenty one years of her life doing the things she enjoyed the most, playing bridge, going to the beach, and having fun with friends, new and old. Above all, she cherished her time with her family.
While living in Princeton for over forty years, she was very active in the local community and supported many volunteer organizations, including the Princeton Hospital and PTA, and was active in the Present Day Club. She will be fondly remembered for her bright spirit, quick wit, and fun-loving nature.
She was predeceased by her oldest son, Burton F. Weisbecker, Jr. and is survived by Gib (Julia) Weisbecker, Bob (Dalia) Weisbecker, and Betsy (David) Claghorn, as well as 8 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren.
