SPOTSWOOD – Spotswood will hold a candlelight vigil at 7 p.m. on Sept. 11 to mark the 15th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
The event will be held at the 9/11 Memorial behind Spotswood Borough Hall, 77 Summerhill Rd. Attendees should bring their own candle.
