Hightstown Borough Police Department is introducing two new vehicles to its depart´ment. They are 2017 Ford Interceptor Utility patrol vehicles. This news comes after Hightstown swore in a new chief and two new sergeants last month. “These vehicles ensure our policemen and women can continue to serve the public with the latest equipment and technology,” said Mayor Larry Quattrone. The addition of the utility vehicles makes it easier to carry and store necessary equipment and to respond to emergencies during inclement weather, according to Hightstown Chief Frank Gendron.
